Is this where I'd post wanting to move one of my minors teams?
Probably not the only time that girl was eaten that night
We're moving away from our Forum where that stuff was posted before
Can I bring my rookie ball affiliate across the state line to Pikeville plz
Should be able to do that ๐. I'll ping you in a bit after these work meetings ๐ช
set the channel description: Post your planned stadium, logos, graphics, or franchise rebranding changes here. Please work with @AFBL Commish beforehand to confirm details. Thanks!
I used to live in Ocala for a short time ๐
Either in your AFBL home state or a neighboring state without an AFBL team. Rookie League teams are in Florida.
Today, the California Mallards franchise announced their intent to move to the Twin Cities in Minnesota, starting with the 2050 season. The team will retain the Mallards nickname to become the Minnesota Mallards. The team is currently scouting locations for their minor league teams, as well as stadium locations in the Twin Cities. More details will be announced at a later date.
Thanks! Itโs actually a modified version of the Quad City Mallards, a hockey team in Illinois. I added the Minnesota part.
@AFBL Commish How does this one look with the current red hats?
Shoot still need to circle back to this. I'll try to remember tomorrow!
@AFBL Commish is there a way to preview how this option looks on our current hat?
Thank you @mikenewjersey

Iโd like to announce here that I am building a new Ballpark for 2052
Can I relocate and rebrand a minor league team beginning in 2058? And possible rebrand another? Or how does this work?
That, and Fresno is a dump and the AAA team would prefer to be closer to the coast
Hey @Brett- CA Bulldogs. Yes definitely. Can you just post in this channel what you'd like to change for the 2058 season in your minors?
The California Bulldogs organization is proud to announce a massive naming rights deal with local company Meta (Facebook). Bulldogs Stadium will be rebranded as Meta Park at the Dog House effective at the start of this season. This deal will allow for future improvements to the stadium. Also in this agreement, Meta has agreed to put one of their subsidiary company names on the Menlo Park Marauders stadium. Marauders Park will now be known as Oculus Field. It's a great day in the Bulldogs organization. Future naming rights opportunities will continue to be explored for other affiliates in the future. @AFBL Commish
Bulldog Stadium renamed to Meta Park at the Dog House as requested! @Brett- CA Bulldogs
Marauders Park renamed to Oculus Field as requested @Brett- CA Bulldogs
Texas franchise announces a rebrand for its AFBL team and it's minor league affiliates:
The Explorers have secured funding for a new 42 000 capacity dome ballpark! Construction for the new Nokia Dome is expected to finish in time for the 2071 season. Park factors and dimensions are attached
AFBL stadiums are showing their age probably and overdue. Good stuff, approved for 2071!
Hello everyone! For 2071, @Richard Hager will move his ownership to Washington from New York.
If there is anyone else in a similar scenario where they'd like to move to take over either Alabama or New York, let me know as I wanted to make sure the league had a chance if desired.
I'm hoping to fill the two vacancies but if it continues to be a struggle to fill 20 teams, it might be worth possibly going down to 18 teams with two getting relegated to the UBL. Just a thought and certainly not the preference.
too scared of the athletics clearly, right @Richard Hager ๐
@mikenewjersey I had to make the move. Give you some kind of fighting chance. ๐
Hey all. Joining the ownership shift, @Steven Luker - Warhawks will move his to New York from Illinois to fill that vacancy with the Empire franchise.
This will make our AFBL openings for next season: Alabama Yellowhammers, Illinois Warhawks.
Man Iโm tempted to jump to Illinois โฆ. But how could I leave the Lions?
I am selling the Arizona Vipers franchise and buying the New Mexico Danger
We are currently evaluating relocation options
We have agreed to a new stadium in Santa Fe and will be staying in New Mexico :flag_mx:

The Illinois Warhawks Brand Story
Baseball in Illinois has always been about grit, pride, and identity. The Illinois Warhawks embody that spirit as the flagship franchise โ a club defined by power, tradition, and unrelenting fight. Their maroon-and-gold colors stand as a banner for the state, while their feathered โIโ crest symbolizes both elegance and ferocity. Every detail of the brand reflects the character of Illinois: bold, uncompromising, and built on heritage.
But the Warhawks are more than a single team โ they are the head of a Hawk family system. From the steelworks of Rockford to the river currents of Belleville, and the gothic gargoyles of Peoria, each affiliate tells a story of its community while carrying the Warhawksโ DNA.
โ๏ธ Rockford Steelhawks (AAA)
The Steelhawks are forged in industry. Rooted in Rockfordโs reputation as the โForest Cityโ of machinery and steel, their mark is a riveted gray โRโ slashed by a maroon feather. It is the ultimate symbol of toughness โ steel bent only by the talons of a hawk. For players one step from the big leagues, Rockford is the crucible where raw potential is tempered into professional steel.
๐ชจ Whiskey City Stone Hawks (AA)
In Peoria, history and myth collide. Known once as the โWhiskey Capital of the World,โ the cityโs heritage runs in barrels and brick. Add Bradley Universityโs famed gargoyles, and the Stone Hawks emerge โ a gothic guardian perched atop a whiskey barrel, maroon wings stretched against a stone-gray skyline. Their cracked-stone โWโ is both ancient and defiant, a reminder that baseball here is a proud watchman over Illinois tradition.
๐ Metro East River Hawks (A)
Down along the Mississippi in Belleville and East St. Louis, the River Hawks soar over rushing water. Their flowing blue โRโ is alive with motion, maroon feather lineage cutting through its center. These hawks are agile, fierce, and relentless โ much like the region they represent. The River Hawks tie the system to the great river that defines Illinois, balancing grit with grace, speed with power.
๐ Central Florida Shadow Hawks (R)
Far from Illinois, in the gothic architecture of Sanford, Florida, rookies begin their journey in the shadows. The Shadow Hawks perch atop stonework, cloaked in charcoal and maroon. Their gothic โSโ with a feather woven through carries both mystery and menace, honoring Sanfordโs historic architecture and its Central Florida Zoo. This is where the journey begins โ the shadows where players first grow wings before they rise.

One Family, Many Stories
Together, the Warhawks and their affiliates form a tapestry of symbols, colors, and stories. Each city adds its heritage, its culture, its identity โ yet each team is bound by a single lineage: the Hawk.
The Warhawks fight in maroon, gold, and beige. Their family fights in steel, stone, river, and shadow. And across Illinois โ from the industrial heart of Rockford to the gothic spires of Peoria, from the Mississippi to the Florida coast โ one truth echoes:
Hawks fly together.
Shoot I'm not sure if I saved this file before it reached the 90 day mark. I might have a way to view it but if you have this, can you resend for me? @Aleksi_Oregon
Nokia Dome created in the game and assigned to Oregon Explorers as their new stadium
Reminder for next sim to adjust Washington's stadium name
